I had my initial interview with the temp agency, and then they sent my resume to Granite. After Granite decided to meet with me, got a call from the temp agency and scheduled the interview with Granite.Met two people from HR in a small meeting room. One started explaining the job, company, and the process, while the other person were focused writing down on a piece of paper. I thought was distracting and a bit rude, and later on realized that she was reading the questions from the paper. The temp agency I was working with called me back the next day and told me that they decided not to hire anybody at the moment, and I was one of 3 other people who went to interview. Another thing I would like to mention is that their 8 am- 5pm schedule is very strict. They were kind of complaining how it was not ok to come in late or leave 5 minutes early. Overall I thought they were nice, but did not seem happy to me.
