I was hired through a temp agency. They reached out to Granite. Granite offered the opportunity to interview. I showed up for the interview and was offered the job after about 30 mins.

overall good process. spoke with a recruiter and had an interview with them. Eventually i then interviewed with the manager. Overall pretty quick process . rejected the offer due to lack of pay, but overall quick process

seamless, very thorough, consistent communication and follow up during interview process, was initial phone interview with recruiting team, and two video interviews- one with manager and one with VP, offer couple days after, process took a few weeks in total

Everyone gets vetted through a staffing agency, so that explains it all. The agency told me bluntly they just send herds of people as the turnover is high, which now i understand why.
