After I applied online , I got called by the HR to arrange an interview with the top management team of the department. The interview took about an hour. Mainly, they wanted to know who I am and why I want to do this job.

Friendly, they just told me a few things about the job, the salary etc. They told me to think about it but they never called me to give me a final offer to think about.
