There were two interviews, a writing task and client role play with members of the company. The process was fairly simple and tasks are common, but following the interview the team mislead this applicant into believing there would be opportunity in the future by discussing ‘stretching the hiring budget’ and being put on a ‘waitlist’, only for the job to be advertised later on with no further correspondence.
