I applied via email and was contacted within a week by an internal recruiter for a phone screening (took about 40 mins), I passed the phone screening and within a few weeks I was booked for another 30 min call with the hiring manager. I was then offered a final interview in the office itself which consisted of four separate 30 min interviews and an office tour totalling 4.5hrs. All the people I encountered during the process were very friendly and the company seems like a genuinely great place to work if you get the opportunity. Unfortunately the interview process took 6 weeks with multiple delays along the way (particularly whilst waiting to see if I'd got the job or not) which caused a fair amount of anxiety and stress for me at the time. I received a phone call to tell me I didn't get the job but the feedback was that I didn't have quite enough experience which was pretty unhelpful and unspecific. Would have been great to have been told where I could improve.
