The company is owned by a husband/wife team. I spoke first with the wife, who was very pleasant but who tended to end up on tangents with some frequency. The husband felt the need to inject his politics into the discussion prompted, I presume, by the fact that I was appropriately masked while he feels that COVID is a fake, politicized non-issue. (Neither of them were masked but the wife didn't bring it up as an issue and was respectful of spacing; the husband, meanwhile, was coughing quite a bit and just generally making things uncomfortable.) Neither of them seemed to know how to conduct an interview, in other words.
