Phone interview followed by onsite interview. Onsite interview took Approximately four hours involving interviews with plant manager, HR, corporate finance and plant tour. Each department asked various questions to test knowledge and personality

I had 3 separate interviews that were about an hour long each. Overall provided a clear understanding of expectations. First interview was with there recruiter, second was with hiring manager, last was with other facility personnel and hiring manager team.
