Phone interview some questions caught me a little off guard, person strengths and self descriptions of character strengths, took about 20 minutes and was pretty in depth in terms of asking about self described benefit to the company

I got an email saying Graybar was interested in me and after filling out a long Questionaire I was reached out to by a local manager a few days later. We met locally and had a conversation about the things I'm looking for in a career, explained the position, asked about my experience with SAP and product knowledge. Smooth conversation. I was even asked about my life outside of work.

Pre screen phone interview, In person with panel including HR others, personality competency tests, drug screen urine, background. Offer letter received but no negotiation on any aspect. The vacation or time off is not negotiable.

Once the application is filled out they get back to you in about two weeks. They call you saying if you got an opportunity. The interview was very relaxed.
