Quick turnaround, efficient interview process. Everyone was very kind and they asked genuine thoughtful questions. Interview is many months before start date. It was a fairly traditional interview, spoke with three different employees

It took the recruiter a while to get back to me after I applied, but he had told me that would happen beforehand. He came to my college in order to interview me and was very flexible in working around my schedule. Within a week I was offered the position and given an official offer letter.

Asked a few behavioral questions and then asked to review financial statements of other company's to see if they were worthy of lending to. Very nice people and seems like a quality company.
