A thorough recruitment process, an initial online application followed by a Skype interview, an online test that takes about an hour and then two face to face interviews. After being successful you have an interview with the client that you will be working with first, but are well prepared and supported for this. Everyone that interviewed me was very friendly.

Intially a phone interview to get to know you a bit better. Then a second interview to understand your suitability for the role and previous experience. The last interview was with one of the C-suite members who asked competency and situational based questions.

Easy process overall with HR screening first and then presentation and other interview questions. Two more interviews followed after this and then HR presented with final decision. Final interview is with the potential client who you will be working for/at
i had to create a 15 minute powerpoint on a specific topic and interview about self and past work experiences on the resume presented and technical questions asking about personal experiences
