Followed by competency questions around, e.g., my idea of service excellence, how I'd handle being assigned to a client I didn't want, and explaining an example of change management in action.

It was quick initially though it did take a while to hear back from them. However, the interviewers were friendly and provided good and detailed feedback so overall it was a decent process.
- Presentation on a time when a business I worked for needed to go through business change and what that change would be
- Screening interview asking high-level questions
- Delivery manager interview talking through my motivations, career aspirations and responses in certain situations
