I was called on the phone and asked to bring my tools and documents to the franchise office. I arrived next day and was asked to demonstrate several haircuts, men’s basic, stacked bob, layers, fade, high and tight etc. Took a personality test ( workplace what if scenarios etc) and was offered the job.
