I applied online, called a day later. Then it was days later when I finally got a call from the manager. She asked me to come fill out an application in person. When I did that, she scheduled an interview for the next week. I arrived early with my one model. They were supposed to do my technical interview first. My model could only be there for a short time, but was told before my interview my technical one would be first. But that was not what happened. The franchise owner came out to greet me, said he was going to do the talk interview first. I was not happy with this. Then he sat in his chair in the small back room for a half hour or a bit more. And made my model wait while I knew he had to get back to his job. The franchise owner didn’t seem to care what imposition he was putting my model and me in. The technical was ok. But knew I was quite rusty and was a bit nervous. Felt even more unease especially when the franchise owner made my model wait so long and made me try to get him out as fast as I could. This was not a good situation when under this type of pressure. It was not of good character that he was made to wait so long. Well I guess the customer isn’t that important after all. Future customer? Not likely.

It was super relaxed for the most part. They mostly asked questions about my background and previous customer experience jobs. How I handled certain situations, why or why not I'd be a good fit. Standard interview stuff,
