The initial interview was pretty basic and I was screened on questions before getting a second interview. The second one was more in detail and had questions that really made sure you were on top of it. The overall process is very lengthy for no reason. Unfortunately I did not get to the next step in the process because my weakness is I’m not outspoken... even though the job duties wouldn’t require much interaction with people and I held a job that required much interaction prior to this for years. It felt a little nit picky and they will miss out of great candidates because of this.
