through they want to get to know you, one School had me read a poem and have 4 questions prepared to ask about the poem they gave you. asks about what grade level you are aiming for.

Pre-interview and then job interview. I got pre-screened and then had a formal interview. I got an offer about a week later. All my interviews were done on Zoom. It was very quick and the people at great hearts are very nice.
