Simple, straightforward, and pleasant. The manager of the Engineering Department is Marianne.Taylor. She has been there for years, knows everything there is to know, and only wants you to show up, do your job, and do what she asks to the best of your ability. That's it and the job is paid well, weekends off, and all management get along well and know their jobs inside and out. This was a great job and a good stepping stone for making good career decisions.
