Tough two stage interview process. Group bourdon test was difficult. Hardest pressured interviews and selection process I’ve had. No doubt once in there is fantastic careers prospects and opportunities should you be successful

Stringent process. Three stages required with a final in person one. Struggled with the group bourdon test so sadly didn’t make the cut. Hardest interview process I’ve encountered over the years.

The interview was a long drawn out affair spanning three trips to Swindon and multiple phone calls. These included visits for testing and even a brief trip to Swindon for what seemed to be an interview preparation for another interview in Exeter.
