      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso GreatAmerica nel mese di gen 2021

      Tedious - had like ten interviews - likely you miss one little mark on their aptitude graph and they will not hire you. Seems like high turnover rate since it’s always open positions for same jobs so whatever graph they are using, isn’t working. Seem like they need to be more open minded.

      General questions - answered all of them and I’m guessing disability transparency was part of reason they declined, but we all know they won’t say since it’s illegal to but they will find any ‘other’ reason. Past jobs- all left on good terms, longevity, good education, amazing references and declined to offer a job to someone? Hmmm
