Pretty standard-they call to schedule your interview and when I arrived, I spoke with the office manager for a while, he seemed happy and I waited around for a little longer while he got the senior partners together to speak with me as well. We talked about my previous experience and schedule/pay, they joshed each other a bit -they're pretty laid back- and offered me the position.
