Pretty quick, got a notice for a phone interview soon after applying, after the phone interview got notice within the week about a "panel interview" which was not as stressful as I thought it to be, wanted to know more about my experiences and resume over bombarding me with technical questions. Only issue was clearance took a while longer due to government issues but GXT was fast with their end, just was frustrating having to wait around for so long.

It was a calm process. Normally a phone interview that leads to a video interview. Everyone is very nice. They make sure you are prepared for the second interview as well.
