I met with one partner two separate times. It was relaxed and conversational. It didn't really feel like a formal interview, but more of a getting to know each other chat. We went to a nearby cafe and talked about a lot of things that did not directly have to do with working at their firm. I think it is important to them to suss out the personality of prospective hires. I had a fun time and felt I had lots of room to present myself well without feeling nervous.
