I was initially contacted by their HR department and asked a few simple questions. We went over my resume and she asked about my future plans. I was told that she would pass my information along to the senior paralegals of the department, and if they wanted a final interview I would be contacted in about a week. Less than a week later they contacted me to set up a final interview. I had a video interview with one of their senior paralegals and she was very nice and laid back. We went over my resume and future plans again, went over what a typical day in the role would be, and how their department runs. It was very pleasant and I felt very good about the position after that interview.
