2 rounds. Met with one attorney first and then met with 5-6 attorneys from a specific practice group. Everyone was really nice and genuinely wanted to meet me. Each interview was held over Zoom given COVID protocols.

The screener interview was in a Zoom format and lasted for approximately thirty minutes. Half of the questions were about my background and resume, while half of the time was devoted to my own questions.

Completed a screener interview, which I was connected to through pre-OCI at my law school. The school set up the times/ video chat. Provided interviewer names beforehand, conducted research through the GT website and LinkedIn.

Just a standard screener with two partners at the firm. Very nice people and really sold me the idea that the firm has great culture and collegiality. Because it was a screener, it wasn't much behavioral questions but just general tell me about yourself and why GT.
