I submitted an online application, after which I got an email inviting me to complete a video interview with them. The questions were the usual and the interviewer was very warm.
Applied online, received telephone interview, then video interview, pleasant experience and nice people, with recruiting firm and only last steps with company employees themselves. Assessment centre split in two with most interesting applicants invited for final round
