The interview process involved a 1) hiring manager phone screen, 2) take home assessment and 3) onsite interview with 5 different sessions. After the onsite would be a call with the relevant senior leader.
The process was extremely organized, very thorough, unbiased, and thoughtful. They asked reasonable questions and allowed for extra time at the end of each session for ample questions. The stand out interview was a culture add interview, where the interviewers ask more high level questions pertinent to their cultural values. It seems like it is a very collaborative environment that values employee growth and development. Senior leaders on the team were very transparent and experienced as well.
Being an HR company, they put in so much time in effort in crafting very people-oriented processes. Great product, even better people behind it all.

The interview process was great overall. Greenhouse walks the walk in terms of delivering a positive candidate experience, structured interviewing, and setting clear expectations. The first step was an initial phone screen, then a recruiting take home assignment. Final round was an onsite which involved meeting with multiple stakeholders across functions.

The interview process took one week and it was very smooth, efficient, and clearly explained all the way through. The first step was a 30-minute call with the hiring manager, followed by a take-home assessment and then a 4-hour on-site interview where I met with the Director of Recruiting, a couple of recruiters, engineering managers, the hiring manager, as well as what they call a Culture Add which was conducted by two Greenhouse employees outside of the team you would be working with which was a great way to break up the day. Everyone was friendly and truly passionate about the work they are doing at Greenhouse. The structured interview style was effective and allowed time for me converse with and ask questions to each interview. The office is in an awesome two-floor WeWork.
