Very well thought out, structured interview process. Communication and coordination were flawless. Greenhouse clearly practices what they preach and takes the interview process seriously. They invest in their candidates through a phone screen, hiring manager interview, take home assignment and structured interview day with multiple members of the team. I feel confident that if offered the position, they have fully vetted me as a candidate. Despite what happens, it was a positive experience.
