I interviewed at Greenline Solutions in Mount Laurel NJ. Job Posting online is so misleading. Job is based all on merit including pay which in basic terms means 100 percent comission only. It is door to door sales. Everyone there seems to be in their early to mid twenties, which sure is a good oppurtunity for them, but seems to be no one with real world experience/ people who have been in the feild for long periods of time to mentor newbies to the feild. Also didnt find out what job was really about till second interview. Before hand while doing my research there was nothing really too much about the company online. Felt like I was blindsided going in because it was hard to find much at all out about the job before going into interview. Reccomendation to management: Be more specific about job in job posting, and or first interview as not to waste peoples time that dont see themselves in your company.

The job posting said customer service representative with a salary. The first interview was not even 10 minutes. He just talked about my resume not much about the position. When the second interview came along I realized that this whole company is commission only. The second interview they take you to a dunkin donuts where it was loud and very hard to listen to the interviewer. The interviewer went over details about the position and said this is a door to door commission position. I was disappointed in hearing that even if you move up with the company its still commission.
