Very straightforward process, Met with several people, all were nice. Seemed like the process revolved around trying to get to know the candidate. Obviously alot of people have the technical capabilities, but cultural fit is also very important.

Really strange people, they were hounding me to come talk to them onsite, I did and got great positive feedback. Then, they arranged some phone interviews a couple of days later. The HR person even called me during this time and told me NOT to accept any other offer from any other companies without talking to him first as they were all very much interested in hiring me. Then, I spoke to one of their new management folks who has been hired from Equifax recently ---really guys? Equifax? You mean, he got FIRED and then you hired him! LOL! And in spite of all of the conversations I had had with them so far, he wanted me to join at a junior level and also wanted to pay me less! " Wow! You really think that was going to happen! So thank you for wasting my time! I guess all the negative reviews that are on here about working in this company are actually right! I got a much better offer from a much better company! Oh, and also, this place barely gives any paid time off to its employees....stay away folks!
