Smooth process and very positive interaction with interviewers - although I did not progress to the next step, I still got reasonable feedback from HR. The questions asked were smart and well targeted for the job.

My interview process with Greenstone was one of the most unprofessional I’ve experienced. From the start, scheduling was disorganized — I was given less than 24 hours’ notice for the first slot and then only one alternative date the following week, with no flexibility. I prepared thoroughly over the weekend, but the final interview with two Managing Directors lasted barely 10 minutes — and most of that time came from the questions I asked them. Both had their cameras off, asked only a couple of generic questions, and ended the call without giving me a real chance to present myself or learn about the role. It felt like a box-ticking exercise and a complete lack of respect for a candidate’s time and effort. Overall, a very disappointing experience that made it clear this is not a culture I’d want to be part of, nor one I would recommend to others.
