I applied online. The process and responsiveness is very very slow. I got info from them 2 months after I applied. First you get an online test with technical questions with descriptive answers. Then after 2 weeks I was contacted for a second round skype interview with architect and a HR person. Basic HR questions and some technical approaches on situations. After that I was invited to their office in Vienna for a third round. The interview was about a 3 hours - first a interview with HR, team leader and architect, then a new session with HR and developer discussing situations and a small task on PC.
