It was a relatively normal recruiter screening and the person I met in the first round was lovely, but then they wanted another round with a presentation that was super vague - basically make a sample success plan to show a new customer that had experienced a turbulent onboarding. I spent a few hours creating the slides and data. When I got to the panel interview, I started the presentation and one of the panel members acting as the pretend CEO of the "new company" started yelling at me about their poor implementation and demanding compensation for their terrible experience. Every time I tried to move forward on the slides, he would yell more. I stopped and asked the panel what was going on and they responded that these were the kind of people I would be dealing with and they wanted to see how I would react. So strange, so uncomfortable. I had no interest in moving on with Greenway after that experience and they apparently felt the same as I got a generic rejection email 6 weeks later - on Christmas morning.
