Still waiting for response, done with 1st round aptitude test it was average difficult not to easy if u have concentration u can clear the round, waiting for spoken English test

As opposed to other jobs I’ve held, the hiring process was lengthy, but overall a good experience. Before I received an in person interview (which is the last step of the process), I had to submit a resume and cover letter and do a personality assessment. That was followed by an assessment to see how my critical thinking, spatial, math, and reading skills were. Next came a phone interview, then a proctored assessment via Skype that was like the critical thinking assessment. I dealt with one recruiter throughout the process, Hunter, and he was amazing. He answered all my questions well and was always accommodating and available to me. Overall, I think the process was pleasant and effective, just lengthy.

It was ok until the phone interview although I had trouble using their onsight resume builder and had to upload mine from another sight I used to make my resume.
