Heard about an opening through a friend and walked in with my resume. Spoke briefly with the GSM, who was super busy, and scheduled a time the next day to come back and sit down with him. We spoke about the hours, pay plan, and my qualifications, and he asked when I wanted to start. The first day was nothing but paperwork and a drug test. After that I did about 3 days worth of training and off I was.

There wasnt really a tough or unexpected question. The interview was light-hearted, and i was asked "can you sell?"

Colloquio
I interviewed with two managers they each asked me several questions about my life and why i would be good at the job. What are some of my goals just normal interview questions were asked. After my interview I was hired on the spot had to wait for my background check to pass and had no tickets on my driving record. Went over the compensation plan and if I agreed had to sign it. And next day showed up for work.
