I applied online and was called on the phone the next day. I then booked an interview. I was then asked questions via a weblink based on scenarios. It was a good experience.

Very relaxed, just asked about customer service experience, availability, team work, how other previous work experience applied, why I wanted to work there, and told me about what the role would entail
interview in a greggs store wth the manager but it was a a different sotre to one i applies at originally . interview quick and no very hard questions mostly stuff about eligibility to work and such

Half an hour interview over the phone, got a call a few hours later asking I wanted the job. Lots of questions asked but overall quite casual. Got the chance to ask my own questions at the end.
