Did the online application where you answered basic questions and submitted your cv. Afterwards I received a call to organise a time to come to the physical store and conduct an interview there
Very professional but very real, interested in each individual rather than just ticking boxes. Great approach with humble management making you feel relaxed and welcome. Cannot wait to start my new role
