Interviewer told me that it was salary plus commission and at that all the numbers worked for the 45k he promised. Said there was paid vacation,great benefits and growth options. It was a draw against commission, poor benfits 32k a year, no reasonable expectations of growth. He told me all I had to do was get the route done, he said nothing about the 5 esrs you would get every day and that the route covered 100 by 100 square miles.
