In this company the hiring process is completely based on back door. Even if you perform well in interview they say we will get back to you. After few days you will get a call from them for back door.

there are 3 rounds basically.
1.aptitude round pen and paper test.
2. self intro andtechinical java
3. hr round.
Interview goes well if you are good in your aptitude then it will get much easier for you and if you are good in your programming skills and language knowledge then you can easily clear the second round and last round depends on urself.

2nd round - aptitude round(some java questions)
3rd round - HR
Interview process may take time.
Process was easy can be cleared.Be strong with projects specified in the CV. HR(manager) is so cool,he also didn't ask much about career just discussions about the training,job and work nature.
training is 3 months - with No Salary
After training,depending on the performance in exam ->there gone decide the salary.
