I felt absolutely disrespected as a candidate. I had several rounds, those all were good and pleasant but then I was given a take home assignment with evaluating criteria. It said spend no more than 3 hours an it. As I was determined I spent 3 days on it making it top notch to all the criteria ...and received feedback that it lacked 1 thing that was not even in the evaluation list. When I asked HR for more elaborate feedback they just ghosted me. The saddest thing I thought this company was cool before that experience
