Got an interview with three different properties under this company. Property 1: I interviewed, and we were already discussing when I could start. The $ for the LP position was $15, which is lower than smaller companies and not really livable in CO. I never heard back from that person. Property 2: We scheduled an interview over the phone and then they never called me day of. I called the office after waiting 10 minutes and was told the interviewer was in a meeting. I left my name and email to reschedule. Never heard back. Property 3: This person also was discussing when I could start and talking about next steps. After waiting a week, I emailed the interviewer and was told they had hired internally. This person told me to keep applying though as my experience and interview was great - their words!

Had an interview with the property manager, then regional manager, then the builders boardroom style interview. Same questions asked through all three. As long as you have high energy with an eagerness to learn, you will be fine. Job is fairly easy.
