First there was a screening meeting with the HR, then a Technical meeting with 2 engineers. The interview touched some of the core concepts of JavaScript then shifted towards some live coding examples. The interview shifted into a completely different direction compared to the job description, focusing on a specific front-end framework, that was not part of the job description and not my area of expertise. Based on the received communication, the assessment was done based on my average knowledge of that framework. The offer was below the expectations.
