I sent my resume via Indeed.com and was contacted via email a few days later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about twenty minutes, in which I was asked to go over my employment history in more detail and answer a few open ended questions (like why do you want to work at Grifols, what would you do if a patient's temperature were one degree too high to donate, how have you handled a mistake you've made in a past job, what would you do if a coworker were deviating from standard operating procedure). I got a call about a half hour later to schedule an in person interview for two days later. At the in person interview I was given a tour and then sat down with two people to ask me more about the education and volunteer experience that was on my resume and asked a few more questions. They said they had more people to interview but I would hear back soon. I got a call maybe two hours later offering me the position.

Interview seemed positive, left feeling optimistic. Was sent job offer to sign for $0.40 less per hour than the agreement made during the interview. Interviewer refused to respond to emails or calls literally begging them to communicate with me to resolve the issue. Very disappointing as I had already made up my mind I wanted to work there based on the interview. Took the position, but starting off the job on the wrong foot will not be ideal.
