I was pleasantly surprised with the application process from Grifols - I received a text to please check my email, indicating that they wanted to speak to me. I received multiple reminders about the interview. As someone who has been job searching for awhile, this was one of the most seamless processes I've experienced.
That's about where the positive ended, though...
The recruiter that called me was incredibly difficult to understand. It was completely evident that he was not looking at my application/resume, as he was asking questions that were completely not relevant. He was unable to answer LITERALLY 100% of my questions, which left me with an uneasy feeling about the entire company. He then stated the rate of pay for the job, at which point I could barely contain my laughter. Grifols - you've clearly got a turnover problem. Hiring the wrong candidates and training them improperly is usually the biggest root cause of a turnover problem... maybe pay the trainers an appropriate salary and you'll see an improvement! ;)
