First interview was great and seemed to go really well, after a lengthy wait of around 8 weeks HR reached out to ask would I be able to come in for second interview with another team member but that 'they were really keen' which seemed promising. The interview seemed to go well but then nothing, I reached out to HR again after a week of not hearing and they told me they decided to no longer hire for the position.
