If you have 2 years of caregiver experience your in. There's such a high turnover rate they needed you yesterday! You do have to have your doctor give you a ppd test. It's the law and Griswold would definitely skip this process if they weren't law bound to it

Easy not intimidating at all. Very polite and formal. Was very relieved of this. Loved it. I had initial phone call and then in person. Got the job on the spot.

Interview process was quick , i filled out the app was called in for a interview within a week had to go take a tb test bring the results back and i got the job
