Grocery Outlet interview process was disappointing. They failed to meet any of the expectations the talent acquisition interviewer established. After my phone interview, the interviewer requested I visit store locations and speak with their store leaders. After I did this, at my own expense, I was ghosted. No response and no follow-up to the additional interviews that were requested. Needless to say my expectations were not me. Grocery Outlet has Values and Behaviors of Integrity and Service. I wish the interview team reflected these values. Grocery Outlet has lost a candidate and a customer!
