I replied to their Hiring Manager this morning, after continued disappearing acts and interview rescheduling. They are not as professional as I hope they can be. I will not be interviewing with them again. This reply is after a few weeks of not getting a response after THEY reached out to ME for a Producer position. This is in response to an interview being pushed back...again.
Below is my reply:
It seems every time Groove Jones reaches out to me, these things happen at the detriment of myself. Whether I come in and interview that gets me no feedback for months or you reach out to me and disappear and then come back to me a year later, which has been the case. I am a very qualified Senior Producer and have done amazing work for my clients on a global scale. My work has been translated in over 27 languages and I have Produced works with over a million units sold. I deserve better than being a second thought or being treated as someone to leave hanging, as you have done for a third time now. I don't get you at all. It is rude and disrespectful.
If/when you are serious about looking for a direct hire and permanent Producer. please do give me a call as I am a dedicated employee that would give 100% because I like the work that you all do. I do not like the impersonal and flawed hiring practices you have showcased each time. In the wise words of Coach Beard on Ted Lasso when treating people, "Do Better".
