2 interviews. One with HR. One with CEO. HR was to determine if you were suited for the role. If they thought you were, you move on to meet the next dude. CEO is to determine if he wants you in his team. You are supposed to role play on how you would convince a merchant to work with Groupon.

The interview process is simple and they're 4 rounds as listed below;
1. GD
2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

The process was great and expectations were clearly communicated. The person that interviewed me was very energetic. They spoke to me about the history of the role and what they needed within the position.

It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
