The interview process was good. I feel that Grow Therapy is very thorough in finding the best candidate for the position. To me that’s a good sign because it shows the company cares and would like the best candidate on their team. You will take a test that focus on your attention to details then there is 3 interviews. One with the recruiter, manager and the director.
