I interviewed with Growens about a month ago and had an amazing experience! One of the best recruiting teams I've ever interviewed/worked with. They were fast, kind, and super transparent. I had a total of 5 interviews, no case study/technical interview, and they were all conversations focused in assessing my experience and giving me space to get to know the team and the company. Even though I am not a native Italian speaker and this was my first time intervieweing in Italian, they were incredibly empathetic and made a ot of effort to make me feel comfortable. Absolutely amazing company culture, very smart people, and super honest and fair selection process. The only feedback for improvemet I'd give is maybe to discuss financial growth and potential compensation at the start, since avoiding this conversation might generate misalignment later in the process. They have a well-structure and fair pay scheme, so being transparent with it from the start would also be a huge green flag for candidates (in my opinion).
