Colloquio
Initially, I had a phone interview which for about 30 mins. The interview was pretty easy and I was asked questions regarding the skills I have gained from university and the projects I have worked on. After that I have been shortlisted for an assessment center in the company's offices in Riyadh. The assessment center was planned as a fully day at work. They handed us a sheet with tasks to complete on time from 11-17. The tasks where both individual and group and they assessed based on some skills such as business acumen, drive for results, learning agility, presentation skills and peer relationship.

Colloquio
Three steps which are the online test, video test, face-to-face test. For the face-to-face test, it is about 40 mins and includes the behavior questions and technical questions.
The processing is very quick and all them are about 3 weeks. I got the final results about 1 week when I finished the face-to face interview.
